At Dani O’Brien Nutrition, my goal is to show you that proper nutrition can be relatable, accessible, and convenient. I understand the importance of nutrition when it comes to optimizing both mental and physical health and apply this to my practice. I offer a highly individualized approach taking into account your lifestyle, goals, medical history, and any barriers that might be preventing you from achieving your goals. Bio

Danielle O’Brien is a Registered Dietitian with ten years of experience in the world of private practice. Dani has worked extensively with clients looking to manage and improve body composition, GI issues, eating disorders, and athletic performance. Dani’s relatable approach has translated to success for hundreds of clients. All too often, people turn to unhealthy foods because they feel stressed and overwhelmed. Dani works with her clients to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and to make eating healthy more convenient and attainable.

Dani completed her Dietetic Residency at the Methodist Hospital, in conjunction with the NYU Dietetic Internship Program, and her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. She also completed the Core Health and Wellness Coach Training Program through Wellcoaches. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Greater New York Dietetic Association.
